FUTUREFORCE NEBRASKA TALENT PIPELINE
The FutureForce Nebraska Talent Pipeline project is comprised of seven career pathways and has its origins in the States Career Clusters model.
Career clusters identify pathways from secondary school to two- and four-year colleges, graduate school, and the workplace, so students can learn in school and what they can do in the future. This connection to future goals motivates students to work harder and enroll in more rigorous courses.

FutureForce Nebraska has concentrated its efforts on pathway development in areas targeted as sources of potential growth in the state based on a study completed by the Department of Economic Development.
Those pathways are:
Biotechnology
Construction
Entrepreneurship
Finance
Health Sciences
Industrial Manufacturing & Engineering
Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing and Logistics (TDWL)
